Pasta Party at Bona's

On Saturday, I met with Hydro and Pornstar and Pornstar’s boyfriend Jape, at another McDonald’s in MRT Quezon Avenue. I just came from my graduate school class. We were to meet with Bona and Paige and spend our Saturday night consuming pasta, wine, and conversation. Kristi sent an SMS that he won’t be able to come. He is still afraid to meet our friends after he disappeared for two years. Beektur was attending another party. Pregg was still tied up at work.

Bona offered to host a dinner two weeks ago when we met with Beektur at CCP and endured the dance performances of “Real Time”. Pornstar sent a message when we were already home after waiting for another day to unfold in Malate, “thnx 4 a gud, even f slytly respctabl & artsy nyt out.” Our group is bonding again after some of us had ventured out of the country for years, but now have returned home.

And so on Saturday night, Bona who got married in California last year but is now studying Culinary Arts, Pornstar who returned from South Africa last year with Jape in tow and is now heading an NGO, Hydro who is single and is working in an international financing institution, Paige who has a boyfriend of two years and is working again in Makati after his stint in his island province, and I enjoyed each other and shared laughter and memories. We jokingly observed that in three to five year time, we will be meeting with mah-jong tables and tips about our cosmetic surgeons shared among us.

Disappointment

I think jove and pornstar and kristi are still disappointed with me. I did not go with them to Batangas last January 1. We planned about it during the party at Jove's house last December but i chickened out and did not return calls and messages.

Pornstar is here

Pornstar who is now living in South Africa is here. The batch will have a party at Jove's place in San Pedro tomorrow. Those coming are Pregg, Paige, Bona, and Osang aside from Kristi, Jove, and moi. I'm still waiting for a message from Daisy and Hydro who I guess is flying in today from HongKong.
